In traditional Chinese culture, wise people love mountains and rivers, mountains and rivers have been representative symbol for Chinese Art. As the development of society, water view has been a shining point of the residential environmental, it can satisfied people who wants to live around water and loves nature, in the meantime, it can improve our environment and climate better, enhance our comfort, develop economic value and ecological environment. But mostly Land agent pay regard to packaging,aren't care of waterviwe maintenance. China is lack of water, with the rapid development of economic and incensement of people's living standard, the usage of water is increased. Since irrational exploitation and usage of water, the water problem is more and more serious. Additionally, the prophase design and anaphase maintenance of water view is limited; water view can not achieve sustainable development.According to investigation of water view's development in delta, this thesis analyses the exist problem, bases on solution of water supplement, water treatment technology and ecological equilibrium, provides suggestion of sustainable development, in order to find the best method of water view building and maintenance. Finally, according to analysis of real case, I will search a sustainable development build and design method of water treatment for water view. Simultaneously, different knowledge will be involved in water view design, technology and arts will be combines, it will be theory basis for other designer.It is important to build a better ecological environment based on the guideline of sustainable development, recommend circulating water, reach the best efficiency of water environment, reduce energy consumption, remove pollution, build ecological equilibrium, and promote water sustainable development.
