The Interactive Relations Research Of The Private Cars Parking Space And Landscape In Residential Area

Since fast development of national economy,the quantity of personal car increases rapidly with the capacity of automobiles expand rapidly. Meanwhile, there are a series of problems coming with the increasing personal car. The relationship between high-speed developing of personal vehicles and low efficient management of designing parking lots become one of the contradictions between auto industry and district, even to urban landscape.In the recent years, the number of personal vehicles is over 40 million, however the parking place is not enough, more than 60% lacks. The problem of parking lot at urban area is more serious. The research on city landscape is only forced on the area of the place, but not on the environmental landscape design. The design on functional demand of landscape is few comparably. In the most residential place, simple design of grayish-white line on the ground and parking district makes drivers boring. Even worse at underground parking lot, which may make drivers feel like dark, stress, and unfriendly. So based on the driving route and area, how to design a reasonable route and how to provide comfortable and beautiful atmosphere, become the design standard and also the real purpose of environmental landscape designer.Now that the Inevitable reality of personal car entering into the each family, and there is still a great development space, how to build a good residential environment and how to make it positive effect by personal cars on environmental landscape, became the most important things. How to reduce the influence of motor vehicle to residential landscape environment into the lowest level and how to range the interspaces of both parking lots and green space in urban area into positive interspaces are the key resolutions to solve this conflict. That is the purpose of this research.Designing on parking space is the newest topic in residential area. Besides completing the parking design, improving the space environment, reducing the negative effects of small parking place on urban environment and improving the landscape design are also the problem which need to be attention.In the recent paper, considering the difficult of parking in urban area, taking the effects of urban landscape on personal car as start, we research on psychological demand of consumer on environment, analyze the conflict of the demand by parking space landscape and realistic situation, look for the perfect point of parking place and afforested landscape and introduce the definition of Garden type parking space. At last, several examples are given by talking interactive relations between parking space and environment landscape.
