More and more project companies get overseas projects to manage by cross-regional, with the economic developments. These companies get more and more results year by year.Although some Chinese companies get results on overseas market, more companies meet many problems. Some Chinese companies can't get project by low-cost. Many Chinese companies get project by low price, and compete viciously. Many Chinese companies use the same management as internal, and conflict with local policy, culture, religion. During the construction, project is always blocked.The main reason of these problems is management. This article investigates management of overseas project by Chinese project companies.These surface causes of problems are management ability and management system. The underlying causes are differences of regions and cultures. So, Chinese company hasn't brand. This article will analyze management ability, management system, cross-culture management, and brand management. This gets a management system of ABCO system.As a subject, management of overseas contract project has long history.Management ability contains integrating social resources, technology innovation, risk control. Innovation ability concludes integrating social resources, and is different by different companies.Project organization, construction team, and human resource form management system. Contract project needs strong project organization, and project management.Cross-culture management needs pay more attention to, because culture differences are underlying cause. This needs integrating team culture, human resources optimization.Brand is the core of management of overseas project by Chinese project companies. Company should have its brand awareness, and pay attention to brand positioning, brand communication. The brand should be built on culture management.One Chinese company get overseas contract project. This company adjusts management ability, management system, and cross-culture management in time. So it gets a local brand, and success.
