As the subsystem of the urban green land system, the subsidiary green land planning attached to the public institutions, is of great significance in the increment of green coverage rate and the enhancement of urban environment.Based on the theory of urban green land planning, taking the green land planning in Shaanxi Post Office as an example,we studied the theory and methodology of green land planning in the government enterprises and public institutions for the purpose of living, sight-seeing and artistic appreciation.Through careful investigation and design analysis, we get the following conclusions We theoretically discussed the principles of the subsidiary green land planning in the public institutions:Green space planning unit should be carried out simultaneously with the general plan;Implementation of national and local standards;Reflect local characteristics and the spirit of the times ; Rational distribution according to local conditions; based on Ecological landscaping;to Meet the needs of multi-functional; combining the Long-term goals and near goals in order to facilitate the implementation and management. We discussed the design principles, methods and plant configuration of typical green space in Courtyard of a public institution: Design of office units; Road design unit; Design of wall base units; Design of Small Garden unit; Design of roof garden; Design of Vertical green unit.On the basis of theoretical analysis, Taking Shaanxi Post Office as an example,we divided planning program into following 4parts:The green landscaping design of Xi'an Post office and residential unit;The green landscaping design in the centers of Xi'an Post office and production areas;The green landscaping design in Shaanxi Post staff training center Design of Information mansion...
