| Chinese existing building area has more than 50 billion square meters,of which green building area has only 162.7 million square meters,and there are problems like high resource consumption,environmental impact,working and living environment needs to be improved,the use of features to be improved and so on in the vast majority of non-green "stock" buildings.With the increasingly "aging" of public institution building,green retrofitting is imperative.The project is based on the existing building of public institution.According to the effect of green retrofitting of existing buildings of public institution,establish the assessment system and evaluation tool of green retrofitting of public institution buildings.Based on the basic theoretical research of the assessment index system of green retrofitting of public institution building,this paper has established a three-level span distribution,which involves planning and construction,structure and materials,HVAC,water supply and sewerage,electrical,construction management,operation management and improvement and innovation.Among them,there are 8 indexes of Grade 1,27 indexes of Grade 2,134 indexes of Grade 3,including 30 control indexes and 104 quantitative and qualitative indexes.According to the calculation of the weight coefficient of the assessment index of green retrofitting of public institution building,this paper takes the method that combined AHP and Delphi,establishes an index hierarchy model,constructs judgment matrix based on the feedback of expert questionnaire,calculates the consistency ratio of the judgment matrix,determines the weight of experts,and enter expert feedback and expert weight into yaahp software.Calculates the public institution building green retrofitting assessment index design stage and the operation phase weight coefficient by this software.In the construction of assessment system,assessment method and classification of assessment system for green retrofitting of public institution building are given,establish the scoring rules according to the index scoring method and scoring criteria.The results of the comprehensive assessment are expressed in the form of histograms,and the results of the assessment of the indexes of Grade 1 are expressed by the percentage accumulation map.In the Java environment,this paper develops green building assessment tool for green retrofitting of public institution building,uses MyEclipse 10 software for program code,stores the data in the SQL database,uses Apache-Tomcat to associate code with a database,and develops the Public Institution Building Green Retrofitting Assessment System.Finally,it implements the integration of information entry,index assessment,comprehensive calculation,and result display.And make a comprehensive assessment of the effect of the green retrofitting of Shandong provincial forestry office building by using this assessment system.The problems existing in the retrofitting are put forward in this paper.So that we can verify the rationality and validity of the assessment system,accuracy and practicality of the assessment tool.Today,the building continues to move forward.To promote the development of buildings in a better direction of the assessment of "tools" plays an indispensable role.The research on the assessment system and assessment tool of public institution building green retrofitting will lay a good foundation for the development of existing building green retrofitting in China. |
