Study Of Integrated Design In Villa's LandScape

In recent years, the people's demand of villa's environment is by "quantity" to "quantity with quality". However, due to the disadvantages of traditional design patterns, people usually neglect except to function, site conditions and geographical climate factors, more important reason is people taking planning and design be apart, lacking of holistic view. Their work can't form "there are you in me" symbiosis. How to create villas environment with unique and individual has become the inevitable demand of the times.After studying the present situation of the environment of villas, Author tries to break through the traditional mode of design and puts forward integrated design method. It is becomes a new whole through several component, and gives a new system of the inherent regularity, shows that integral is not equal to the sum of the elements, we think that design process is a dynamic, open, gradual process, rather than a static, closed, the ultimate type process. We build the environment about villa is including urban planning, urban design, architectural design, landscape design more and more professional, and the integration of community.Firstly, author review the development history of our country villa and analyzed the problem of villa environment. Secondly, pointed out the defects of method in traditional landscape design. Base on the analysis of existing mode of design or method, proposed on the integration design, and discussed about the connotation, characteristics, working process of integrate design. Thirdly, author discussion the integration design strategy of villa environment from different design stages, as conceptual planning stage, detailed planning stage, architectural design and the landscape design of three phases, emphasize each design phase should exist integration awareness, and points out that should be noticeable problems at every stage.Finally, based on the Beijing Oriental Provence villas as an example(author involved in the project), elaborated the application about integrate design in villas design as the concept planning-detailed planning-architectural design and landscape design-landscape construction, provides a new way of thinking how to design villa environment.
