Design And Realization Of The Process For Housing Data Collection

To grasp the basic data of city's housing and provide scientific and reliable data for the housing management information system , form a housing database covering all city's state-owned land and update dynamically, Beijing carried out city's housing census project in 2010. This article described various parts of the project, consists of the main work e.g. sub-regional trials, inside and outside surveying, data processing, graphic matching properties, and proposed technology route and design ideas. Designed technical route of all the parts consists of census data landing, real estate mapping data processing, inside and outside surveying, the census data associated with ownership transaction information. The project combines 1:2000 CAD map data, GIS data , digital orthophoto map, basis control data and census data. Basing on GIS platform and data processing software and taking methods of space analysis, graphic matching properties, digital graphics ,housing data extraction, ultimately each stage of data connect seamlessly . Meanwhile, the project verified the feasibility of updated housing data by transaction data and ownership data, reduced workload of housing database maintenance and updating, avoided large scale housing census again. Through the project housing census data quality and spatial accuracy have been enhanced, update mechanism has been established, provides a scientific and reliable data protection for Beijing housing management information platform.This project is currently our country largest housing census item, Involving 223,000 housing units. Wide working area, large workload, complex process,the integration of operations standardized data standards and practices, ensured the operational efficiency and data quality, formed housing database covering all city's state-owned land. This project will provide scientific and reliable data protection for government, make a positive contribution for government macro-control and development of estate market orderly, having significant social benefits.
