China’s building energy consumption accounts for about one-third of total energy consumption, and showed a trend of rapid growth, the construction sector as an important country in the field of energy conservation. Building energy conservation work needs to be true and accurate energy consumption data, so to build sophisticated building energy data acquisition system is imperative.Existing building energy consumption monitoring systems,the structure between data collector and monitoring subsystem as separate dependent structure.Data collector has some problems, such as data storage time is shorter, the lack of data processing analysis ability, etc.Monitoring subsystem host work stability cannot meet the needs of the real-time monitoring system.The above questions leads to the less accuracy of the data and effectiveness.This paper proposes the use of embedded technology will be integrated with data acquisition subsystem, data collection information processing integration, thereby improving the leliability of building energy monitoring system, promoting energy efficiency in public buildings construction and improvement of the regulatory system.Firstly, according to the need of the specific data acquisition, processing, storage, uploading and other display functions to determine the overall design of the integrated system. The hardware platform is made up of core chip ARM processor S3C2440 and corresponding serial interface circuit, USB circuit, RS485 circuit and JTAG debugging circuit, etc. Software solutions chose the embedded Linux systems as a development platform for application development.Secondly, the use of virtual machine and Ubuntu software established cross-compilation environment, through the Bootloader transplanting, the construction of the transplantation of the Linux kernel and file system to complete the transplantation of the Linux operating system. At the same time on the specific hardware device driver analysis and transplantation.Then, based on the relevant national technical guidelines and the relevant technical specifications of Shandong Province,under the environment of the embedded system for data acquisition and data upload two functions for application development. The design of data acquisition including data collection methods and the acquisition cycle,the communication protocol is Modbus protocol; Data upload design content including uploading cycle and breakpoint continuingly, communication protocols of TCP/IP protocol.Finally, based on the embedded database SQLite realize data processing and storage. Development and design of the database, including the concept of database design, logical database design,through production report form to realize database function, and the energy consumption of data stored in SD card. Using Qt tool development human-computer interaction interface, and then connect with SQLite database, show the results of data analysis and processing.Through the above research, in the laboratory environment,the data acquisition and information processing integrated system product development have been completed.
