With the continuous depletion of energy, the expansion of the scope of the heating network and automatic control technology continues to evolve, the decentralized heating boiler room system has been far from satisfying the needs of today's social development, so central heating control and automatic control system has become an inevitable trend.According to the requirements of Tianshi power plant of Lingshi of shanxi, this paper gives the computer monitoring system of its central heating research and design. Upon the request, the system is mainly designed including four parts: data acquisition system, circulation pump control system, water supply pump control system, the drain pump control system. Data acquisition system should have the following functions:1, the system can be achieved for the purpose of collecting, analyzing and processing the temperature of steam, supply water, return water, condensing water,circulation pump, circulation pump coil, the pressure of water supply pipe network of the heating stations, heat stations back to the water network, the steam pipe network, condensing pipe network, heat exchange station, the speed of circulation pump, the current of circulation pump,the flow of heat supply pipeline stations, heating stations backwater pipe, steam pipes, heating station replenishment pipeline, and the liquid level of heat exchanger, filling water tank and the other data; 2, Through the configuration of host computer can copy the history data so that the client can check them at random; 3, the upper computer monitoring system with the calculation of a heat accumulation of heat, steam cumulative flow, cumulative flow of water supply pipeline heating stations, heat stations cumulative return flow pipeline, the pipeline supply water heating stations cumulative flow, so that the power plant can compute the revenue easily; 4, with automatic adjustment of steam temperature control, for the backwater valve switch control, circulation pump speed control; 5, the system uses the CC-Link field bus master-slave network configuration and upper man-machine interface operating system.The power plant uses the gangue as fuel and hot water as the heating medium to heat in power generation at the same time, which let the much hotter gas to generate power and the lower to heat. The system will send the high temperature and high pressure steam to heat transfer station the hot water will be sent through the water supply pipe heating station to the residents of the surrounding area or industrial use, the steam condensed by heat exchange after the return of water through the drain pump boiler for recycling, and the water of heat transfer station are poured by the circulation pump, the pressure of network of supplied heating stations rely on using the supply pump to pump the water to keep constant.In this paper, we first choose the type of automatic control system and present the design of the hardware for the central heating system including the PLC, analog acquisition module, convertor and the communication module; then give the design of software, including the programmer of data process, control algorithm, communication and logical control; at give the design of the configuration of the upper computer at last, in this section we design the monitoring menu which can link the data, in addition add the system report and warning window to let the client introduce the data of equipment through the table in a period of time, the client who can check the warning window and table to find out the reason.In this paper, we achieve the automatic control of the monitor system of the central heating system of Tianshi power plant, and greatly improved labor productivity, improving the working environment of workers, and saving energy, reducing pollution, besides can also provide an intuitive user friendly interface, which allows the user to the screen in real time by monitoring the health monitoring of field devices and real-time parameters, and can do some simple controls to part equipment.
