This topic research object is the monitoring of the central heating.Usually, central heating is a big boiler room, with multiple heat exchange station. There is only one Boiler room, but the heat exchange station is distributed widely.Each heat exchange area of the heat exchange station, efficiency, heat transfer condition are different.Therefore,the key to this topic is plan the system features of each heat exchange station as a whole, and centralized optimization distribution of heat flow.But the main difficulties with this topic is the network information sharing and information processing problems.Therefore this topic mainly establishes a large geographical scale virtual private network(VPN), which identify every heat exchange station’s information can safe access in the network. Using the VPN specificity, ensure the effective and reliable information transmission.At the same time,the field level control equipment collect the operational data in real-time and upload to the shared data center,from processing the data to get a plan curve, and then send the curve parameters down to each site, refresh command and feedback parameters constantly, to make the system has strong robustness and ensure the optimal operation of the system.Finally,this topic designed a C/S structure of the remote access mode.Monitoring site take charge of the monitoring and management work, the server have a real-time data transmission with the monitoring on one hand, and provide service for the remote client and respond the client’s some control behavior on the other hand.Through the large geographical scale VPN network, combined with C/S remote access mode, which will realize the system resources’ extremely sharing, completely solve the problems of information isolated island in the central heating system.
