Forming shoulder is a crucial component of forming,filling and closing packaging machines, which has the direct influence on the packing form, the size and the goods quality.This study is to establish a mathematical model of the curved surface of the arbitrary position of the rectangular double focus dissymmetric shoulder of packaging machines, according to this mathematical model to come true its 3D model results in Pro/E. Research the mechanical properties of shoulder, establish the mechanics model to analyze some causes of the problem during the process of packaging Bag, Come to the pull what it needed during the process of packaging Bag and the affected factor that the material stands the transverse power in intersection curve, Get the solving method of drawing film, bring the standard testing metod to the COF of material, and conduct the theoretical algorithm research to the surface blending .In order to enrich the packing form, the study has established a mathematical model of the curved surface of the arbitrary position of the rectangular double focus dissymmetric shoulder of packaging machines, which provided a mathematic basis to design the that shoulder, and given the CAD methods of the rectangular double focus dissymmetric shoulder of packaging machines, changed the traditional shoulder's process for the production.The researching value of the study is to make a universal research for the curve of the rectangular double focus dissymmetric shoulder of packaging machines.In that, we can flank envelop in any place. And the mechanics model of the shoulder's establishing and research layed the foundation for the machines make bags fluency.
