With the scale of China's clean energy power generation increasing, wind power accounts for a considerable proportion. Depth study the smart control of wind farms, the intelligent switchyard automatic system of the wind farm, the online monitoring system of the wind farm, power output prediction, ability to network acceptance, security and stability of the power grid and other key technologies is imminent, the establishment of intelligent control systems and comprehensive online condition monitoring of wind power will be effective and reliable grid operation. The paper makes research on the application of intelligentize stations monitor technology in hanfengling wind farm based on the project of hanfengling wind farm.Smart substation is not only good technical solutions to solve the defects of the conventional substations, but also the grid operational data acquisition and command execution unit, for the smart network of information laid a good foundation for the smart grid analysis, decision-making system provides information and support functions.This paper first briefly summarized the development of domestic and foreign smart substation; analysis shows that the architecture of the smart substation, specifically including the basic structure of substation, the new technology of smart substation and standards were analyzed and studied, such as electronic transformer, smart circuit breaker, IEC61850 and GOOSE network, time synchronization changes, and changes in system maintenance. Secondly, this paper completes the optimization of smart substation network architecture design. In the study analyzed the current status of smart substation network applications, the corresponding problem for the establishment of a specific network structure of smart substation design. Finally, we complete the synchronization of the smart substation network optimization program.
