The configuration description(SCD)of the smart substation is the key configuration file in the total station virtual loop system,and its correctness or change has a direct impact on the correctness of the relay protection function.The large-scale application and the latter extension maintenance of Intelligent substation brings new challenges to the risk management of SCD file.This paper analysis the existing SCD file management method and risk status,put forward the regional intelligent substation SCD file management strategy system.On the basis,establish regional intelligent substation configuration file management and control platform construction,It makes the different participants can be effectively manag e the various aspects of the SCD file in the design,commissioning,maintenance and expansion segment.Ensure the uniqueness and effectiveness of SCD file.With the further development of intelligent substation communication network platform,the secondary equipment rely heavily on the network,network of the future development direction of intelligent substation station network security brought new challenges,of smart substation safe operation and overhaul put forward new requirements.Attention of intelligent substation safe operation mainten ance technology,security strategy research to the intelligent substation internal network is necessary.Based on intelligent substation network mode and structure,This paper detailed the characteristics of all kinds of network packets and quantitative calculation of the size of their traffic,analysis the network security status of smart substation according to the three sources of threats to the safety of the station network.Through increase the real-time monitoring of network switch measuring function and proposed switch station multi sectorial coordination management responsibilities,the two aspects of technology and management put forward for smart substation network security strategy.Finally,the future development direction of smart grid substation network security is discussed in this paper.The purpose of this study is: To build a network security risk assessment model for the development of network information security in smart substation,through the research area of intelligent substation SCD file control platform and network security policy system.On the basis of this model established grid intranet network system design method,network security index and evaluation tools,and ultimately achieve against external invasion and inhibit the risk of internal network,provide important technical and management conditions for the large-scale mature application of Smart Substation and the extension of the later operation and maintenance.
