High-pressure grease gun seat is an important support and installation base for high pressure grease gun, while ensuring the quality of the product it plays a leading role,and is also an important bearing parts of the product, its manufacturing quality is mainly reflected on the accuracy of all valves,only choose optimal design on dimensional accuracy, shape and position tolerance accuracy, fitting accuracy and surface roughness, choose a suitable processing equipment and formulate the optimum crafts program in order to ensur their processing quality, durability and cost. Design the machining crafts for the valve seat, reasonable control of the process of the craft to ensure the quality of productThe main subjects of the topic are the machining crafts research for the main parts of the valve seat of the high pressure grease gun, design and carry out selection and production, and in the process, take specific measures to improve and reformf for the traditional processing technology for the existence of the old equipment, more processes, low precision, low efficiency and economic disadvantage, specifically on the valve seat and Technology of processes at all stages of design, analysis, production, testing, feedback, select equipment and tools, and throughout the implementation process, abandoning the old technology, use new technology to achieve high efficiency and high precision valve seat part, for the production of small and medium enterprises to provide an effective way of production and processing. Meanwhile, the main processing difficult parts of the valve seat is analyzed,and designed simple durable tools, and design, proces, product all kinds of jigs, in order to solve the difficult processing of special parts and processing range of clamping issues to address various aspects of processing difficulties, improve efficiency, ensure quality and reduce costs.The new processing equipment commonly use CNC lathe and CNC milling machine or machining center, to ensure high precision and quality stability in terms of equipment, and to innovate in the clamping area, can effectively ensure all parts of the process accuracyEntire process are simple and practical, use simple CNC equipment can achieve the fast processing of the parts in the small and medium enterprises, Significantly reduce the clamping, positioning, marking, adjustment time, shorten the production lead time and has greatly improved the production efficiency.
