With the booming ceramic tile industry in our country, high speed and high precision automatic ceramic tile inspection is highly required. And, to achieve automatic ceramic tile inspection has become an important way to increase ceramic tile productivity and quality for the manufactures.This paper presents the way to design automatic ceramic tile composite errors inspection platform, and the method to setup distributed architecture for displacement sensors. According to the principle of this inspection platform, we introduce the algorithm to calculate detection deviation by using fitting lines and fitting planes. And, the design schemes for the sampling system hardware circuit and the inspection software architecture are also described in detail in this paper. By using this inspection software to analyze and process the sampling data, the derived detection results meet national inspection standard.
