The application of modular machine tool machining batch parts is high production efficiency and low machine cost,which is the direction of development of mechanical processing.The mission of the design is "Design of milling machine tools of coarsing and fining V-engine box 45°surface," It mainly describes the design of the general layout of modular machine tool, the desigh of machine fixture,the strength analysis of some important parts of the fixture and the theory analysis of the variable force of the milling effecting the guide rail and so on. The desigh of modular machine tool need meet achieving coarsing and fining V-engine box 45°surface, automatic positioning, clamping, relaxing,at the same time, fixture parts to be processed according to the size and make the appropriate adjustments to meet the machining of precision parts machining and production efficiency.In the design process, the first part of the technical requirements for the analysis identified the combination of milling process on the part of the program. In the process, determine the positioning of the workpiece, process margin between the tool materials and structure and configuration of machine types and so on.
