4JB radial piston pump is used for various types of hydraulic systems of more than lOMpa. It is smaller than conventional pumps. It is easy to take apart and repair. It has advantages of high working pressure standing, convenient flow control,strong resistance to shock and vibration, and it is reliable. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, cleaning, shipping, mining and other industries.We have already developed a 4JB reciprocating piston pump, but only one model cannot meet market requirements. In order to explore the market,to carry out industrial-scale preparation as soon as possible, based on the existing model, the article expands the use of 4JB,designs within a series of pumps of a certain range of flow pressur. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.According to reciprocating pump pressure series and flow of national standards, the influence of Piston pump capacity efficiency of and mechanical efficiency of power, Analyzed the relationship between the main parameters of the 4JB reciprocating pump:pressure rated, the rated flow, the input power etc, the relationship between the main parameters calculated different flow and pressure of the corresponding to the input power. According to common ac motor power coefficient standard and pump rotation speed range requirements, scientific planning, The power series that motor respectively is 400,250,110,55KW.2. Use AMEsim simulation software study the influence between spindle speed and output of reciprocating pump, when speed below 1000r/min proportional to the speed and flow. When speed exceed reciprocating pump 1000r/min than the speed and flow not in proportion, the actual displacement is out of less than theory displacement, produced suck empty phenomenon. through comprehensive analysis get the flow range is 500-1000r/min.3.According to power parameter, And power of the pump plunger load bearing relationship, Completed the pump power end parts bearing and the axis of the main structure and size series design, and the series design of a single spindle force larger mechanical calculation and Ansys analysis. Comprehensive consideration of the spindle speed range, the axis of eccentricity, bearing the scope of the load and flow, complete piston serialization design.4.After completing the above designing. summarizes the design parameters, got five different diameter of piston, four types of spindle. For piston module and spindle module combined, achieve the line pressure series of flow requirements. Finally,through comparing the naming rules of pump, the 4JB reciprocating pump made a series of products.
