Hydraulic pump is an essential part of hydraulic system, its performance often directly affects operational reliability of entire hydraulic system. Because radial piston pump has plunger and cylinder body that internal holes are column surfaces, it is easy to achieve high accuracy coordination , therefore, compared to the axial ram pump, it has resistance to impact, long life, high volumetric efficiency, high control precision. The hydraulic piston pump attracts domestic and foreign profession, it is used in the mill, injection machine and so on , it's market prospect is extremely broad. Many scientific research institutions and manufacturers start to develop this product from the end of the 80's and the beginning of 90's in our country, but all can't solve the wear question of slipper and stator, and study higher performance piston pump.The slipper and stator, rotor and axis of flow in the piston pump are contact mutually, that are key frictions, they directly affect the hydraulic pump working life and failure forms, volumetric and working efficiency are directly related to the stress situation of axis of flow.Whether can nominal speed and rated pressure enhance in the foundation of n = 1800 r/ min, p = 28Mpa are determined by structure of pump, couple frictional wear, part fatigue capability and the value of [ pÏ…],etc. Pump life is affected by shaft bearing,t he nominal speed and rated pressure are also affected by shaft bearing.This article does comprehensive analysis to nominal speed and rated pressure of the radial piston pump ,find fators of influence to nominal speed and rated pressure. For the couple wearing, in order to enhance it's using life, the structure of slipper is improved.
