Hydraulic technology as modern industrial technology is an important industrialequipment in to a wide range of applications. Hydraulic pump is a kind of energyconversion devices, in hydraulic system, its function is to motor or internal combustionengine, the mechanical energy converted into liquid prime mover pressure, hydraulicsystem to provide pressure oil and drive the implementation of the components work,the input parameters for mechanical parameter (torque T and speed n), outputparameters for hydraulic parameters (pressure p and flow q). Hydraulic pump is thepower of the hydraulic drive system components, therefore, the performance of thepump and hydraulic system performance closely related.Radial piston pump hydraulic pump is a, high-pressure pump, depends on thepiston cylinder block in the reciprocating motion, form the volume of the sealing oilabsorption and changes to realize pressure oil, and compared with the gear pump vanepump, the pump has many advantages. First of all, a volume of the sealing parts forcylindrical piston and cylinder hole, processing is convenient, can get a higheraccuracy with good seal performance, work in high pressure still have higher volumeefficiency; Second, change the plunger working travel can change flow, easy to realizevariables; Third, piston pump pressure of the main parts are the stress function,material strength performance can be used fully. Because of piston pump pressure ishigh, compact structure, high efficiency, easy to adjust flow, it is widely used in needhigh pressure, big flow, high power systems and flow of need adjustment occasion.At present, the axial flow with radial piston pump structure, performance, becauseof the defects in and limits its applications in production, this paper the axial flow with radial piston pump application in the shortfalls in structure on some improvements,and of the new axis assignment radial piston pump performance. This pump is presentin the shaft assignment radial piston pump, on the basis of assignment axis, statorcurve, sliding boots and sliding boots friction pair of the component such as structurewas improved. The stator curve elliptic curve; Piston for eight, symmetrical layout;Assignment axis opened a symmetrical arrangement of two oil absorption window, twopressure oil window and parabolic vibration reduction of half conical bus chamfer;Sliding boots the friction pair static pressure cylinder friction pair.This paper use AutoCAD and SolidWorks software rendering the axial flow withradial piston pump structure, expressed the main design thinking; Use Matlabsimulation software, the curve of the stator the features of the simulation analysis,established the characteristic equation, painted characteristics graph, according to thecharacteristics of the stator curve figure judgment performance quality; Established themathematical model of the vibration reduction slot, and the related parameters wereanalyzed, will reduce vibration of the tank structure and performance of comparison,shows the advantages and disadvantages of several vibration reduction slot.Through analysis, the improved shaft flow with radial piston pumps, assignmentof the radial stress axis basic balance and improve the assignment by radial shaftunbalance force function, develop blemishes and deformation of the situation. Newtype of structure vibration isolation tank size optimization is simpler, easier to get thereasonable structure parameters, and in the flow area of the same circumstances, theflow of the section capacity is good, the flow in the area is smaller not easy jam,improve the vibration reduction of the slot on flow ability, and effectively reduceassignment noise.After the improvement of structure sliding boots the structure of the friction pairis simpler, more reliable connection, and to reduce the parts processing difficulty andto the requirements of the quality of the process, and sliding boots friction pair andstator between the sliding and rolling friction way, more effective, reduce the sliding boots the inner surface of the stator and vice friction and wear.
