Ship auxiliary boiler system is an important energy conversion device to ensure heating fuel oil and cargo oil, driving cargo pumps and other functions. In the auxiliary boiler system, the main role of the drum is to achieve energy conversion and generate steam, and the drum level directly affect the quality of steam, also affect the security of the entire boiler system, thus it’s very important to do the research of drum water level control.As part of the ship’s thermal systems, drum water level control system possesses nonlinear, time-delay and rigidity characteristics and so on. On the basis of feedwater flow disturbance and steam flow disturbance impact the drum water level control system, according to the dynamic characteristics of drum water level the single impulse, double impulse, three impulse control system have been designed with using the PID controller. Besides that, in order to resolve contradictions between dynamic performance and static performance, also to overcome the influence of nonlinear factors, the Fuzzy PID water level control system has been designed. With the help of Matlab, the simulation study is performed on these various control systems, and the results show that the Fuzzy PID water level control system has a better anti-disturbance and control accuracy.Android is the most popular mobile Internet operating system at present, the hardware based on this system has a better mobility and cost less. In order to make full use of these advantages and enrich the diversity of application platform, the ship auxiliary boiler simulation system is developed based on this Android platform.
