The construction of power supply information collection system of customers, which mainly include host station, communication channel, collection terminating, electric meter and auxiliary services, is an important element of the construction of smart grid. This system covers five types of customers of Beijing Electric Power Company and its branch companies and public distribution transformer collection point.Mainly from the design and practice angle, this thesis focuses on the research of construction plan of power supply information collection system of customers. This thesis puts forward the overall thought and construction structure of the construction of power supply information collection system and discusses the composing of collection terminating and local communication channel. According to the construction characteristics of the new users and old users, the plan is designed based on five types of customers and also is analyzed on both technical side and economic side to find the optimal one. According to the weak link of the implementation, this thesis proposed targeted control process and key control links in the construction stage of the investigation, construction, commissioning, practice, operation and maintenance, in order to ensure the effective execution of design and the expected effect. This thesis analyses the enterprise benefit and social benefit of the construction in order to providing the reference of the decision-making for the electric power company.After the construction, collection system can provide measure equipment on-line monitoring and important information collection which include customer load, power supply, condition monitoring. Based on this collection information, multi-dimensional analysis is completed accurately on time in order to support auxiliary service, renewable energy, step-electricity price and interactive service. The operation of system will promote the development of the electric power company.
