| Building a smart grid in an all round way is an important strategy for China’s power grid development, which requires the grid to be developed in the direction of information technology and digital development, integrate the comprehensive modernization of the information industry into the traditional power industry, improving efficiency and reducing costs. Power supply consumer information collecting system is an important guarantee for the grid electricity acquisition system standardization and unification. Such a system conforms to the requirements of present global grid development requirements, is in line with the comprehensive economic and social development requirements, in line with China’s rural power grid and urban power grids reform requirements, in line with the demands for reform of the power enterprises and in line with the requirements of electronic information and data platform. This paper proceeds the research through requirements and scales of system construction, operation and management, functional applications etc, refering to standard system construction shceme of state grid, carrying on research of information collection system development, based on the current status of the power consumer information system. On the one hand, put forward a set of online marketing business as the core, establishing a set of real-time monitoring for the sale of the electric side customer electricity system, through a strong customer-centric data warehouse to the right channel, at the right time, the right promotion targeted at the correct expectated customers. On the other hand, to achieve comprehensive coverage of the grid user’s data acquisition and processing system, combine the practical application of the standard unified and development of practical building programs, work out an achivable development scheme. Thirdly, by analysing the business needs of the entire acquisition system, this paper trys to find the combination of business models to meet customer requirements, improve the entire business system, and deal with the dependencies between the different modes of a good system. Fouthly, based on above research programmes, propose the specific implementation steps; finally discusses the feasibility and practicality of the design of the system, in terms of the function realization. In order to lay a solid foundation for further optimization and improvement of the power supply information collection system in the future. |
