| At present, domestic crane industrial development potential is big, the prospect is good. Overhead cranes, the most widely application of hoisting and conveying machinery, are used in all kinds of workshop and warehouse for machinery, metallurgy, mines, transportation, in indoor or outdoor fixed bay to load and unload, transport and hoist. It is the indispensable equipment in factory indoor logistics system. But domestic overhead crane design method is not perfect, and overall technical content is low. These problems are becoming increasingly conspicuous. The purpose of the paper is to improve the design level of overhead cranes, to realize program design for the general purpose overhead crane scheme design. The research is aims to emancipate many designers from lots of repetitive works, to improve crane scheme design efficiency and quality.The paper researched of the general purpose overhead crane scheme design system, according to the characteristics of overhead crane mechanisms and structure, based on the comprehensive, systematic and in-depth research of the general purpose overhead crane scheme design, by using the modern design methods. The paper developed a set of general purpose overhead crane scheme design software, which is designed on the platform of Visual Studio 2005 and takes the VB.NET as the development tool. The paper main jobs are as follows:(1) Research on the scheme design system of the general purpose overhead crane. A deep research on the contents of the general purpose overhead crane design, determine the calculation method and design flow.(2) Research on the determining about the diameter of crane wheel and rail. Based on GB/T 3811-2008 Design rules for cranes, the allowable wheel load of e crane wheel and rail is compiled afresh, which is used to determine the diameter of crane wheel and rail.(3) Research on the calculation method about economic height of box girder section. The calculation formula of economic height for main girder is deduced afresh, process of which is more clear and understandable. Meanwhile, the formula is more convenient, because of the uniform formula form for economic height determined by strength conditions and stiffness conditions. (4) Research on the finite element parameterized modeling and analysis technology of main girder. By researching the finite element parameterized modeling and analysis technology based on APDL, the paper realizes the finite element calculation of main girder.(5) Research and implement of the scheme design system for the general purpose overhead crane. According to the design process of mechanisms and structure for general purpose overhead crane, the system framework is constructed by different functions. The paper completed database design, by analyzing data information, involved in the design process of general purpose overhead crane. By using the object-oriented programming method, the paper has researched and developed a set of general purpose overhead crane scheme design software.The paper proves scientificity and practicability of the scheme design system by designing 200/50t general purpose overhead crane. The results show that this software can help designer complete scheme design faster and form document by reducing the scheme design cycle greatly, design efficiency is also improved. |
