Aircraft Assembly Ao System Research And Development

With the economy globalization, the competition among the enterprises engaged in aircraft manufacturing becomes more and more furious. At present, to meet the strongly needs of information construction of aircraft assembly line, assembly order (OA) system has become the focus of recent research in our country. With the further application of computer and network technology in enterprises, the requirements to AO system has become a complex system which combine process management and process planning instead of a mere system of computer aided OA planning. This paper studied the computer aided design process on assembly line of XAC, and developed an integrated information system of aircraft assembly which focused on practicality and integration.On the basis of analyzing the requirements of information construction of XAC assembly line, this paper studied and developed an OA system, using advanced digital manufacturing technology, object-oriented technology, workflow management technology, database technology and bar code technology. This paper also carried out a study of the role and function of OA system in the course of the enterprise's information construction.
