Research And Analysis On The Container Transportation Network In Northeast China Region

With the big boost of Northeast China Region economic development from the nation, a series of relative policies have been unveiled, such as "Revitalizing Old Northeastern Industrial Bases" and "The Development Planning of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone". Northeast China Region is facing a new round of economic expansion. This development tendency requests for a more advanced level of the structure and the improvement of comprehensive container transportation network system in this region. However, in the process of the base installation and the container transportation network construction, the local government and the competent authorities in all levels usually develop from their own perspective. Sometimes it may bring with the problem that the investment do not produce the corresponding development of network, because of the lack of the systematic perspective and the network concept.This thesis firstly use the model of Negative Exponent Network Flow Assignment based on the minimum transportation cost to research and analyze the container transportation network in Northeast China Region. And in the following part coefficient of preference is introduced to deepen the research and analysis on the container transportation network. The purpose is to find the entry point of reforming and development of the transportation network and enhance the network capacity as a whole. In the meantime, suggestions and advice are given on the further improvement and development of the container transportation network in Northeast China Region.
