Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), Electric Vehicle (EV) and Fuel Cell Vehicle (FCV) constitute the three major development direction of new energy vehicle, and HEV has been proved the most available kind of the three major directions in recent years. HEV gathers advantages of both EV and traditional vehicle: the emission and fuel economy are better than traditional vehicle, the trip mileage and dynamic performance are better than Electric vehicle. HEV has aneared low fuel consumption and no emission because of using the technique Plug-in.This paper bases on domestic commercial vehicle Q21.After analysis of Q21's use feature and considering the factor of Plug-in, make a right choise of the structure. Then, calculate the power system parameter simply and effectively by using Auto theory knowledge. Choose an appropriate condition for simulation research of preliminary design in different control strategies and different hybrid ratio, get optimization results that can satisfy with the performance requirements and improve fuel economy finally. The work of power system parameters match provides theoretical reference for subsequent remoulded real car transformation.
