The enterprise is increasingly attaching importance to its scientific power utilization management during the in-depth development process. How to obtain electricity data of the enterprise internal grid accurately, rapidly, economically, thus to monitor for electricity consumption analysis, load management, equipment operation condition, is to enhance their level of scientific electricity consumption and energy saving management, also is a powerful means of improving economic efficiency. Therefore, it has great demand to develop a set of load management system used in the internal network. This topic researching on application of power load management system is to reform the power load management system used in power supply system, and to apply within the power grid of enterprise.The power management system is an indispensable part of modern enterprise management, which aim mainly includes the following two aspects:1. Energy scientific management:the power management as the main task of enterprise management,through the overall management of distribution network to improve its efficiency, achieve the economic, reliable and stable operation target of company's distribution network.2. Distribution network equipment modernization: achieve the company comprehensive remote monitoring distribution network;build unattended electrical room; improve the management level of electrical room; ensure the safe operation of electrical room,production and the office business.It is for this goal of this issue to design this system platform.This platform is a set of enterprise power management system applied in large electricity enterprise to monitor and record the electricity consumption state.It can give the reliable data to enterprise managers for the electric power scientific arrangement, provide support to improve power efficiency, reduce production cost, thus for enterprise bring huge economic benefits.The main work and achievements are as follows:1.First, to elaborate power management system research status and development trend, whose features and application prospects are analyzed, then determine the technical proposal and key issues.2.According to the actual situation and design requirements, to determine the development steps and initially fix the function modules for the system on the theory.3.After introducing communication protocol of Modbus and the basic concepts of serial communication, according to the provisions of the protocol, to collect terminals' data by using serial ports to connect terminal with the master station.4.Based on the need for actual use, to create all of the background database table for the system and determine the way of data storage, then, analyze the contents of human machine interface which is the system needs. Finally complete of the specific design of each form and test the whole system linked network. The results of the test have achieved the expected effect and design requirements.The power management system is an advanced application example as intelligent power distribution control system of. As a low cost, simple control effective system, it is the development trend of distribution automation system and has important theoretical significance and value of popularization in production.
