In recent years, having been highly concerned on by the party central committee and the state, vocational education has played an important role in modern education system. The aim of vocational education is that service is the goal and employment is oriented, developing laborer with good professional ethics and certain skills. With the rapid development of vocational education, the reform of vocational education is more urgent. Specialized fundamental course teaching is an important annulus in the process of professional teaching. It is the important signification to speed the development of vocational education by innovating and exploring specialized fundamental course teaching in order to be more scientific in the new situation. With the development of the computer technology and electronic technology, Multisim as an electronic technology CAD software brings new vitality to electronic electrician class teaching. Multisim 2001 software is a teaching software with wide range of application, request lower computer system configuration, easy to use, and powerful. Apply it in teaching can reduce the difficulty of students'learning, help students understand circuit knowledge, concepts, stimulate students interest in study, change students'learning attitude, establish students'learning confidence, cultivate students learning ability. It is a powerful learning tool for students to study electronic electrician. This paper adopts action research and experimental research and selects part teaching contents of electronic electrician course to do teaching experiments, adopts Multisim2001 software as a platform, do simulation experiment. And through the questionnaire investigation, observation and interviews and other methods, analyzed and evaluated teaching effect, explores the secondary students'changes in concept understanding ability, experimental skills, learning emotion to electronic electrician .These changes are with the help of new media. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part discusses the background and significance of the research, introduces the secondary vocational students'current situation in electrical and electronic courses, and the positive meaning of applying Multisim software in teaching. The second part, introduces and analyses the present situation of domestic and foreign use of Multisim software. Constructivism learning theory, humanistic learning theory, cognitive study theory and so on, are discussed in this paper. And the characteristics, function and other related contents of Multisim2001 software was introduced. The third part, according to the results of questionnaire survey on the students, which is about specialized electronic electrician study situation, formulated the experimental research plan, and clarifies the research contents, methods and the ideas of research. The fourth part, combining d.c circuit analysis, analog circuit analysis and digital circuit analysis example applied research. The fifth part, on the basis of result analysis in the student interview and questionnaire investigation, through quantitative and qualitative analysis, evaluates the impact on students after the application in electronic electrician course. The sixth part, after the application of Multisim software, summarizes the teaching effect and future teaching implications, and prospects the follow-up problems that are required to study.
