With the rapid development of road transport industry and automobile manufacturing,it brings convenience to people's daily travel.It also led to a high number of accidents,the serious consequences of accident damage at the same time.Road traffic safety problem has become one of the major social problems in the world,more and more attention has been focused on by scholars both at home and abroad.Road traffic is a complex dynamic system,the occurrence of traffic accidents is mainly affected by the five aspects of personnel,vehicles,roads,environment and management.Traffic accidents usually gather in some parts of the road,that is,the performance for accident black spot.It can take the minimum input to reduce the traffic accident rate and the loss caused by traffic accidents to the maximum extent by improving the level of road traffic safety evaluation and focusing on dealing with the safety hidden trouble.The economic,timeliness and reliability is more significant.To strengthen the study on road traffic safety evaluation and accident black spot identification can enrich the theory of road traffic safety management in china,provide guidance for practical work and improve the efficiency of road safety management.On the basis of consulting relevant literature and on-the-spot investigation,this thesis got the following results:(1)The number of traffic accidents and the accident rate has been high,what's more the loss caused by the accident and the impact is also increasing with the rapid development of road transport in Henan Province after collecting data.By using AHP and matter element analysis method to evaluate the whole road traffic safety of Henan Province.The calculation results show that,the road safety grade is general in Henan Province.The road traffic safety indexes are classified into 5 categories,22 sub indicators.(2)Through the comparison and analysis of accident quantity method,accident rate method,matrix method,quality control method,safety coefficient method,the coefficient method,expert experience method and so on,the thesis selects the equivalent accident quantity method.In order to improve the recognition accuracy,the thesis uses the statistical analysis method to modificate it's inadequacies.(3)The thesis summarizes the current common accident black spot cause of formation analysis method: statistical analysis method,causal analysis,event tree analysis,fault tree analysis method,safety inspection table method and preliminary hazard analysis,then according to the research results,the fault tree analysis method is selected.By calculating the minimum cut sets and structure importance degree analysis to identify the unsafe factors in road traffic system.It will help to put forward accident black spot improvement measures later.(4)Through using the equivalent accident quantity method and fault tree analysis on X highway K665-K712 section to identificate accident black spot and analysis reasons,it turns out the reliability of the methods.Because the identification and analysis results are basically identical to the reality.
