The air suspension as a new type of suspension system can obviously improve the vehicle handing stability, ride performance and safety. The air suspension has good elasticity characteristic and the inherent frequency etc, providing a broad platform for the application of air suspension, making bus equipment air suspension system become an inevitable trend of the suspension system development.This paper takes a bus of air suspension for prototype, modeling and simulation analysis of it by multi-body dynamics analysis software Hyper Works/Motion View and used multibody system dynamics theory method as the theory basis. Building the model of bus steering system and former air suspension (including the front wheel and front axle), analyzes four extreme conditions of air spring bearing force peak so that the results do provide a basis for analysis the deformation of air spring bearings using finite element; research the effects of front wheel positional parameters when single wheel beating. Checking and analyzing steering and suspension movement interference respectively, based on it for the DOE analysis, then finding out the big affects variable interference, its optimized model is designed and improving measures are put forward. Based on the front suspension and steering system, building the whole vehicle model, and then three kinds of typical handing stability simulation was tested according to the vehicle handing stability test method and the simulation experimental results were analyzed and studied.
