Xi'an And Xianyang Traffic Integration Problems Research

Guanzhong urban agglomeration is an important constituent of the ten urban agglomerations at home, the core area of Shanxi economy, the only high-tech industrial belt of western region and also the comparatively dominant area of northwest and even western region. Since the implementation of Xi'an and Xianyang integration,the two cities have made great positive efforts in some aspects such as the modality for cooperation, areas of cooperation, outbreak of cooperation and so on,which provided experiences for promoting the cooperation between less-developed western regions. Traffic is the harbinger of economic development,so it's very important to have a good solve of the traffic problem. However, there are more and more institutional obstacles and conflicts of Interest between the two cities which make some aspects moves slowly even stagnant have come out when pressing the Xi'an and Xianyang traffic integration. Those have influenced the rapid advanceing of Xi'an and Xianyang integration. it is paid a good deal of attention to further accelerating the two cities traffic development. It is very important for the government to have a reasonable position and positive action in the condition of the traffic management system in force and market mechanism of public transit is imperfect.This paper firstly based on traffic integration theory are summarized, including the conn-otation of traffic integration,traffic integration goals and the integration of the implementation of the basic traffic approach. Secondly,it analyzes the basic characteristics of guanzhong urban agglomeration and Xi'an and Xianyang, puts forward the existing problems and Xi'an and Xianyang the characteristics of Xi'an and Xianyang mode, again, this paper studys the different levels of traffic management system and defect, foreign traffic management system of the basic practices. From the management system, the paper puts forward the Xi'an and Xianyang shall establish centralized and unified management system, the major traffic and gives Xi'an and Xianyang principles of the traffic management system. From public transportation market mechanism and gives Xi'an and Xianyang public transportation operation, fares, subsidies, enterprise management mechanism and line accredit way.
