Analysis And Evaluation Research Of Environmental-Economic On The Port Construction Project

The port is not only the hub for transportation but also the window for foreign e xchange. The rapid development of the port construction has promoted the rapid devel opment of the social economy, at the meantime, it also has bought all kinds of polluti on and damage to the port area of vegetation, ecological environment, water environm ent, atmospheric environment, acoustic environment and other environmental factors. T herefore, the environmental economic loss evaluation and research of the port construct ion project both as ports in the preparatory work needed, but also beneficial to the po rt development in the overall measurement and economic accounting and also to quant ify economic losses of the environment and development of the seriousness of the im portance of the green port to port projects and provide the basis of port costruction u sing and decision-making.This study uses environmental economics, port economics and systems theory as t he theoretical basis of evaluation and research tools; according to the characteristics of port construction projects, this study analyzes the environmental influence to the constr uction of the port and makes the scope defined to the environmental impact of port c onstruction projects; by analyzing and screening, the study identifies the environmental specific content and the economic losses of the factors of the port construction. It als o establishes the model of environmental damage losses and comprehensively summari zes the currency method for environmental damage which is widely used in domestic and foreign countries. It makes the monetary research to the port construction project environment, the atmospheric environment, the water environment and the acoustic env ironment; use the scientific method to construct out of the port construction environme ntal and economic losses of ecological evaluation index system, at the same time, co me up with the analysis of major environmental risks of economic loss; the study use s the method of the evaluation of economic loss of the port construction in this resea rch environment to make the evaluation of environmental economic loss to the Fuzhou Luoyuan port construction projects. And those based on, it proposes some measures to reduce or eliminate their adverse environmental effects.
