Along with the increase of traffic, vehicles, axle load, wheel pressure heavier road department needs improving road design, construction, maintenance and repair technology level, and formulate relevant technical specifications. In order to meet these requirements, need in close to the real conditions of use of fast road conditions and performance test research, within the shortest possible time get test results to guide the practical work, full scale accelerate loading road test (HVS) can be a very good to meet this requirement, can be used with different types, different road surface with materials, different load type of empirical, can also be used in comparison to pavement response and material status theory model validation.In view of the present domestic haven't form a system based on internal sensors measuring acceleration loading pavement structure test methods of facts, this paper, the composition, use HVS basic requirements, new features and HVS equipment debugging are analysed thoroughly, and puts forward a set of suitable for the settlement, manipulating their HVS and maintenance methods and application process should be noted. Combining foreign pavement structure test experience, research analysis sensor selection, school inspection, installation embedded technology and data acquisition system, and puts forward the pavement structure to experiment with sensor selection, school inspection, installation bury method. Based on the study of the method of accelerated loading at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a set of suitable accelerate loading methods, including loading method and division of the testing. Through experimental road paving, using the LabVIEW software platform, NI data acquisition system, rutting apparatus and beckman beam and other tools, of automobi performance parameters (such as rut, crack, deflection, etc) and pavement response (such as stress, strain, etc) measurements and analytical processing..
