Development of Science technology, especially information technology and communication technology, provide of automation and intelligence direction to effective means for the development of the traditional pharos management, pharos telemetry system of research and application got the attention of people, and there are more and more system into the practical application.pharos telemetry system include, pharos monitoring center, communication network and pharos telemetry terminal. Dalian maritime university traffic information processing laboratory has finished some projects about electronic chart based on visual platform of the monitoring center of the construction of the system and shore-based work. However, as a system, pharos telemetry terminal and monitoring center have close relationship. Therefore, this article about pharos telemetry system based on laboratory monitoring center construction contents and achievements, facing the project of system needs pharos telemetry terminal and function characteristics of telemetry terminal on the part of the pharos of the preliminary research and analysis, expected to future pharos telemetry system construction and the perfect function produce positive role.The main work accomplished in this paper is as follows:The main work accomplished in this paper is as follow:1. First the structure of pharos telemetry system, analyzed data flow and functional requirements is introduced. According to the function of telemetry terminal pharos needs and technical features, given the logic structure of telemetry terminal pharos, and the structure of the components of the core module selection analysis;2. Based on logic structure,the basic hardware circuit is designed, including the main control module circuit, GPS module interface circuit, GPRS module interface circuit and temperature sensor data acquisition module interface circuit, etc.3. Based on the hardware circuit design,the telemetry terminal the main controlling software pharos program is designed and compiled, the main function modules of the program, including program main entrance procedures, GPS data information acquisition procedure, pharos state information acquisition procedure, data communication procedure, etc.; Design the communication protocol frame and main agreements4. In laboratory environment, the foundation, the test circuit module main function modules of the simulation test is builded, the test results verified give circuit design and software design, and have achieved good results..
