Study On Economic Beneficial Evaluation System Of Highway Eco-greening

With the development of our country's economic high-speed, the urban population and the urbanization have changed dramatically and the development of road network construction becomes the inevitable result of the urbanization, whether the highway construction is in accordance with the concept of ecological construction is the key problem of the focal place, which has attracted more and more attention now.Highway landscaping, as one of the core contents of highway construction, is receiving more and more attention. This article focuses on the weak link in highway construction-Rural Highway Ecological Construction in our country. This research expect the economic benefits produced by rural highway ecological construction quantification, index and comparable through the analysis on current road ecological green status and the future development trend, bases on that this article establishes the economic beneficial evaluation system of highway landscaping, then change the ecology, environmental and cultural functions benefit into economy benefit and carries scientific and reasonable evaluation on it, to make rural highway construction reaches the rule-based and barriers level from the Angle of national economic sustainable development.This paper takes advantage of the results of Beijing suburbs highway landscaping as the foundation, hereby make use of the constructed economic benefit evaluation system to evaluate the benefit, hypothesis and analysis the result, thus further proof the rationality of the economic benefit evaluation system constructed in this research.
