The Analysis And Evaluation Of Highway Project Social Benefit

Based on systematically analysised reciprocity between highway traffic system and society, economic, environment, the thesis constructed social benefit evaluation indexes system of highway construction project In allusion to circumstance of every index, this paper detailedly analysised it. thus it will direct the single index evaluation.This article used reformative AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to create synthesis evaluation model. It studied calculating of index value and zero dimension of index. This paper also discussed the caculating of index weight The thesis adopted reformative AHP and fuzzy clustering method to calculate relatively important degree weight of index. Through specialist's grade, this article use principle of collecting value counts to calculate reliable degree weights. Considered the maximum subordination principle would lost too many information, the author put forward the validity of the maximum subordination principle.In order to make evaluation model simple and practicality, the author adopted Visual Basic 6.0 to create the software of the social benefit evaluation.Finally, the paper explored an example, the social benefit of Cangzhou typical highway which around Bohai sea. It demonstrated the validity of evaluation model and the effectiveness of the software.
