At present, the energy waste were given close attention. There is not match between the load and power-source, so engine can not work in high efficiency field, which is bring about the energy waste more and more serious in some engineering machinery. Variable geometric volume positive displacement pumps are used in hydraulic drives along with control systems in order to save power and to reduce the number and size of components used. A constant power controller regulates the pump discharge, in accordance with the pump delivery pressure so as to keep the pump output power constant.1. Make a brief introduction to Hydraulic control system, expounds the necessities of the study about this topic and the main idea of the research questions2. The current situation of several common machine - liquid constant power control system are described, And the A11VO constant power control principle is introduced in this paper3. First of all, the constant power control needed in various parameters were introduced, So that mathematical analysis can be directly quoted; then, the components of dynamic mathematical model was established. Because maximum disturbance is inclined dish plunger role, A simple analysis of the torque inclined dish is done. Last through the equivalent conversion, the analytical process greatly simplified.4. First of all, make a mathematical analysis for constant power control, the system is still not fully constant power control, only approximate constant power control can be seen, and the smallest error curve are given. Second, the dynamic response analysis are did, different parameters have an effect on the system response characteristics are given.
