During line maintenance in power system,the grounding electrode should be temporarily assembled in order to solve the safety problem of the corresponding equipments and operators. Thus,the disassembling of the grounding line is important to the security of the power system. However,the current Misoperation System is improper to solve the safety problem of disassembling the grounding line. From the perspective of power system security,it is important to realize the online monitoring and communication of the state of grounding lines.Based on practical program of the Xintai Electric power grid,the electric power earthed pole divides into the monitoring subsystem and communication subsystem. The monitoring subsystem can realize the examination of the electric power earthed pole. After receiving the monitoring signal,the communication subsystem should send out the acousto-optic warning and the messages to the operator. Then the operator can return the electric power earthed pole promptly if he had borrowed. Thus the safety of the power system can be improved.The monitoring system takes the STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the main processor. The series of STC89C52 is the STC Corporation's product. It has received many users' favor because of its own many merits. In the last few years it grows a quickest brand in the market. The alarm system of the electrical power system earthed pole can avoid the created loss of the human factor. In this subsystem,the correspondence between the single chip microcomputer and the clock chip,the keyboard and liquid crystal display is realized. This system also has many kinds of functions. The subsystem can monitor the state of the grounding lines. And the scheduled time can be given.In the article the communication subsystem is realized through the GSM network. The corresponding composition,the principle and the application can be explained. The terminal system combines the TC35 connection module and the single-chip microcomputer. Moreover,the data transmission between the module and the phone is realized through AT instruction. This paper presents the composition and the structure of the TC35 module,and elaborates the AT instruction application and the corresponding PDU encoding method of messages. The application method of the assistant software is explained and the circuit diagram between the TC35 module and the single-chip microcomputer is also given. Take the popular STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the core,its characteristic,the structure and the serial communication connection application is introduced in detail. The communication between single-chip microcomputer and the TC35 mailing address is also given. The related chip application method has given. The related master routine and the main subroutine flow chart have drawn,and the corresponding program has been debugged.
