Hybrid excitation generators both have permanent magnet generators'light quality, small consumption, high efficiency and electric exciting generators'good electromagnetic adjusting performance and low speed performance.It was usually used in car power system.Based on the analysis of the variety of structure, claw type, radial type, disc,and tangential type, the tangential structure hybrid excitation generator of magnetic multipled type was designed based on a analog control circuit. It was independent of the magnetic circuit, which can avoid the irreversible demagnetization of permanent magnet. From the standpoint of the electromotive force equilibrium equations, the motor working principle was explained.This paper presented a new hybrid excitation generator flux source equivalent magnetic circuit and the MMF equivalent magnetic circuit. Using ANSYS software, electricity excitation magnetic field and the synthetic magnetic field simulations were simulated. Also the main parameters of generator, stator and rotor and other major components were designed.In the comprehensive analysis of hybrid excitation generator microcomputer controllers, DSP controllers and analog controllers, the voltage stability controller which was composed of benchmark circuits, comparative circuit, control circuit and trigger circuit was designed.In the comprehensive analysis hybrid excitation generator based on the main control scheme, the analog circuit was designed and its main design parameters,sampling capacitor, filter capacitance, excitation current,are introduced by LTspice.In the end, the experiment was conducted and the results showed that the parameter indexes of the generator met the design requirments and the national standards.
