Self-anchored suspension bridge has become more and more popular and has been widely used in urban medium and short span bridges because it has graceful modeling, adaptability to various topographic and geological condition. But its force analysis is very complicated owing to going through many system transformations in construction stage, especially for the first use of the steel girder self-anchored suspension bridge with large segment hoisting construction at home. Since hanger installation material is so limited, the construction control is good for research.Considering the geometric-nonlinear and contact-nonlinear of the structure, mutual influence of hanger force in the process of hanger tension, based on the theory of finite element method of bridge constructure and zero-stress status analysis, the applied simulative computational method of hanger-draw is approached sucessfully by combining with forward analysis.It overcoms the limitations of the normal construction control methods.As a result, finite element simulation model of the bridge work progress is set up easilily in according with construction management.According to the characteristic of the project background, the thesis puts forward the basic principles that should be abided and the main control objectives while designing suspension hangers installation scheme, approaches the potential hanger tension programmes, primarily design several possible hanger tension programmes based on the jack quantity working at the same time. On the comparison of the programme calculated conclusion, the final recommended was made.Compared with full framing construction and incremental launching construction, the stiff girder's initial state of self-anchored suspension bridge with large segment hoisting construction is more clear before hangers installation, so it is easy to distinguish and revise the related parameters. In this stage, the precise hanger fabrication length is a key link of the construction control.The hanger-draw control precision of hangers in every step has significant impact on structure finished bridge state.For the safety of the hanger-draw work, the thesis respective analyzes the effect of hanger length and hanger tension controlling error on finished state, and finally puts forward the total prinple that give priority to displacement with due consideration to hanger tension,main girder's elevation and stress, the longitudinal displacement of auxiliary piers and etc.Also the thesis makes ralated controlling target. Based on the stiff girder's line shape and stress, the main cable alignment and tension, hangers tension,the displacement and stress of cable support tower and other key structures' reactions,the thesis introduces the overall constrction control process of Daguhe navigation bridge in accordance with the designed construction control method, gives the final implementary results and inspects and verifies the construction control method.
