In order to solve these problems, first, we expounded the basic theories of Information management; made the content of project management in information age; learn the situation at home and abroad; Introduction and comparative analysis some advanced project information management software system. Then, we use Causal theory to analyze the status and problems in information management, construction The Effect Diagram, get the essential reason behind the problem.Based on the above analysis, Combined with the virtual building theory and the theory of collaborative management, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions targeted.
