Research Of Construction Schedule Information Management Based On Mobile Information Technology

Due to the information islands problem in the progress information management of construction project,the problem often brings a series of difficulties for achieving the construction period goal,which is lack of effective solution means.The research on the progress information management at home and abroad mainly focuses on the application of new technology into the progress management.In the practical application,the application of emerging information technology such as BIM technology,Web technology,GIS technology and RFID technology in the progress management had become a hot point.Especially in recent years,with the rise and promotion of BIM,it provide a platform for the construction industry informatization.This paper builds a progress information management system based on mobile IT,including mobile communication technology,mobile intelligent hardware and mobile computing operating system,in the process of applying mobile IT to construction project progress information management.The purpose of this paper is to solve the information islands problem in the progress management.With this system the construction schedule plan data from the office and the construction data from the site can be effectively synchronized.And finally it make the dynamic management and visual management of the project progress possible.In the related theoretical research part,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current progress management and the related factors which affect the progress of the project.By comparing the production characteristics of the construction project and the mobile IT application characteristics,this paper describes the mobile IT applications in the construction projects,especially the progress of the management of the necessity and applicability.The main research parts of the progress information management system based on mobile IT include system target user needs analysis,system model construction,function module design and progress data flow analysis.After studying the practical problems in the progress management from the perspective of information management,the users are identified and the user needs are extracted accurately.Then,the function modules are designed according to the demand orientation,the model framework is constructed and the ways to implement the various functions are analyzed.This paper uses the mobile IT to establish the channel of data interaction between the two data sources,which effectively solves he information islands problem.In this paper,we use the mobile IT to establish the data exchange between the two data sources.In the case study part of the simulation,the article introduces the project overview of the simulation project,especially the progress situation,including the plannedprogress goal and the actual progress problem.And it analyzes the user demand according to the problem,based on the mobile IT to establish the project information management System,and according to the actual situation analysis predicted the final effect of the system application,and finally for the application of the system to promote reasonable recommendations.
