Inverter technology is the most important power transformation field one of the core technology, it has been widely used in the development of new energy, life and industrial production of energy-saving products of automation etc. The so-called inverter is able to will cycle frequency is fixed, not free adjustment of alternating current through a series of technical means for periodic frequency conversion is continuous, can be adjusted freely alternating currents of a kind of device.Initial frequency converter circuit commutation means is usually communicate to exchange this converter transformation, the transformation of circuit switching devices are passive to switch, so the initial switch device thyristor can realize the basic requirements. Hand in hand in frequency conversion requires a lot of -- not only thyristor and complex structure, and because the harmonic composition more cause power factor is lower, only sixty percent to 70 percent between.This paper studies the ways of converter circuit switching communicate to dc to choose way, namely the transform communicate by first rectifier circuit shall transfer the ac to dc and then through rectifying filter capacitance is filtered by inverter circuits, finally again the dc convert frequency and voltage are adjustable of alternating current. Modern converter inverter circuit usually choose IGBT as switching device. It is also in this paper the rectifier and frequency inverter circuits design selection of main switch devices.In view of the present frequency converter harmonic pollution caused by the status quo, this paper discusses the serious of converter circuit part adopts low alternate with, it fills rectifier technology can effectively restrain harmonics, reduce the influence of unbalanced three-phase, and can greatly increase the power factor. This converter cooling system use evaporative cooling technique, improves the cooling efficiency, increase the stability of the system. This paper first start with the basic principle of modern converter research at home and abroad, this paper expounds the development status of the low alternate with the application of new type inverter technology to fill rectifying the basic principle, and introduces the application of several patent technology, then the parameters of frequency converter is close theory. Then through Protel drawing software completed the main circuit, deputy circuit, control circuit principle diagram and layout design. Finally, through the simulation of Matlab software build system experimental platform, complete system simulation and analysis. Simulation results show that the frequency converter various design index reached the expected goal, has certain advantages and practical value.
