Intelligent building concept originated in the United States, in China, with thedevelopment of computer network and information technology, the intelligentbuildings is in the rapid development stage. However, intelligent building projects areinvolved in higher risk, larger project, the more new technology, the higher the degreeof risk. Therefore, the introduction of project risk management approach and effectivecontrol risk has an important significance for the successful completion of theIntelligent Systems Engineering project's construction. This paper used project risk management theory and methods, and engage inintelligent building with practical experience of project management, through riskplanning, risk identification, risk assessment, risk response, propose a riskmanagement solution. The paper takes example for the Hai Yi Chang Zhouintelligence systems engineering, and describes how project risk management theoryis applied to real projects. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, the paper describes theresearch background and significance of this article, domestic and internationalproject management status and development trend. This part indicates that domesticproject management research and overseas research gaps and describe how the theoryinto practice. The second part focuses primarily on the definition of project riskmanagement, and its actual meaning of construction. In the third part, firstly, the paperillustrates the Hai Yi Chang Zhou project profile, intelligent system functionalrequirements, and solution program. Secondly, through the introduction of project riskcharacteristics, the paper conducts risk planning. Finally, the paper analyses the riskidentification in qualitative approach. The fourth section, the paper describes theprimary method of risk analysis, risk estimation, and explain risk assessment in theDelphi method and AHP. The fifth part, the article proposes risk-response measures, and analyses the principal risks.
