The Requirement Of Residents For Existing Housing Renovation In Tianjin

The purpose of existing housing renovation is to meet the demand of residents in their daily life.Facing the complex condition,only the residents know the problem in it,only the residents know what they real need and what they desire.Taking the number six village in Tianjin University as the investigative place,takting the demand of residents in number six village as investigative object,by ways of surveying the place of each living acts happen and satisfaction of each item,with the help of Regression analysis to find out which acts affect the satisfaction mainly,conrresponding the place they happen, find out the point of each place,direct the existing housting renovation.In the thesis,beginning with the research design demonstration,concluding the selection of investigative place,the design and examination and appraisal of questionnaire, the granting and withdrawing of questionnaire,statistics and selection of data,untill the applyting of regression analysis,each step is fully recorded.The data shows common problem,simultaneously we record some cases,which is the foundation for further reseach.At the end of thesis,it summarizes the experiences and lessons during the course of the study,apply the result of research to the housing renovation,makes the points of focus in renovation,proposes the order of renovation,and dericts the further research on the whole.
