The Research On Application Of Flexsim In Simulation Of Manufacturing Unit In The Connector

It is the only way to develop and apply Flexsim in electronic manufacturing enterprise in order to improve the competition and reduce the production costs.The manufacturing unit of the connector is consisted of several standardized modules and industrial robots, which has a higher level of automation than in the past.At present,the combination of qualitative analysis and experience design is usually used in the planning,design or improving of the project to test design,which brings too much to the enterprise for its cost burden and high risk,meanwhile,it is not conductive to the modern production of the enterprise.Therefore, simulation is of great practical significance to the manufacturing unit of connectors.? ? ? ? The thesis is based on the subject of the DDR Series of pin manufacturing cell of Foxconn Technology Group of the simulation, which makes clear the aims and objectives of the simulation based on the study on the original manufacturing unit.First, It applies pin manufacturing theory cell to model the future DDR Series and make qualitative analysis of its system properties.Second,it uses Flexsim to conduct simulation modeling for the original and future DDR Series of pin manufacturing cell to make the original simulation model is consistent with the spot operating. Then,it simulates,evaluates and analyzes the operating conditions of the future DDR Series of pin manufacturing unit to verity the feasibility of the improvement of DDR Series of pin manufacturing unit.The subject applies modeling and simulation to analyze, evaluate and optimize the performance of the manufacturing system by modeling. It has a good reference to the planning ,design and improvement of future manufacturing unit.
