This thesis gives a brief introduction to the development of tokomak and some data management system of Nuclear Fusion experimental device of magnetic confinement. By observing and adopting the unique points of the data management system design, integrating the practical situation of J-TEXT tokomak and the characteristics of internet structure, we have formed a J-TEXT experimental data system on the basis of MDSplus. This system is mainly responsible for the following independent aspects: data acquisition, data storage, data processing and data service. This thesis is for the establishment and perfection of the data storage and processing parts.The structure of J-TEXT experimental data system is the combination of distributed and centralized pattern. That is to say, data storage adopts distributed pattern while data service uses centralized mode. It brings in the node mechanism of action in MDSplus. Such node mechanism allows users to call the Matlab script through TDI function in the MDSplus data tree, to get automatic analysis of experimental raw data processing.Besides, this thesis also studies the effect of electromagnetic interference to data system under the circumstance of J-TEXT tokomak discharging and conducted a more detailed classified description and analysis. For the serious earth and the environment interference of electromagnetic interference in J-TEXT experiment, it gives several proposals to suppress or reduce its interference.At present, J-TEXT data system has been successfully applied to experimental devices in daily discharge test. The experimental results show that the operation of experimental data system is stable and reliable. In particular, the establishment of a data analysis server realizes the automatic processing of experimental data; it adopts single-point grounding in data acquisition and installs electromagnetic shielding network, and thus greatly reduces the impact of electromagnetic interference towards data acquisition.
