The theoretical calculation was verified and the traditional empirical formula was modified by comparing the experimental measurement and empirical formula, and the internal law of wind load was found, according to the wind load internal laws of the improvement and design of PV component trestle structure.Based on virtual instrument design, using NI LabVIEW software, DAQCard-USB6009 multifunction data acquisition cards, as well as the measured parameters of the corresponding sensors, transmitters, and the computer as the operation, testing, data processing and storage platforms to form the test system of solar PV components wind load. The testing system of solar PV components wind load was designed by using NI LabVIEW software and the corresponding hardware equipments. The size of wind load was measured, and measurement of physical parameters is only one, so need to ignore the interference problem of electronic components, but taking into account its accuracy, the system calibration is necessary, to achieve the appropriate accuracy to conduct trials to test the accuracy of data. Through field testing, the data which the PV component wind loads was tested in the wind tunnel was analysed and processed, verifing the theoretical calculations, amending the traditional experience of the wind load calculation formula, finding out the wind load rules, deducing the actual wind speed of wind load by linear fitting, according to the wind load to design the no basis PV module structure. Then the surface which in the energy base of Inner Mongolia University of technology as a example, measuring the anchor pull required to pull out which in the different of the thickness and length anchors was driven into different depths.To calculate the tipping moment of PV modules by using the wind load and anchor tension, to figure up the stability of PV module structure for providing the scientific bases for the wind load of solar PV modules calculation and the design structure in the future.
