Because the Vortex Flowmeter has wide measuring range,high reliability,low pressure loss,etc.It has been widely used in many fields.With the develoment of microelectronics,signal Processing and digital communication technology,the Vortex Flowmeter is oriented to intelligence and integration from traditional instrument.The fieldbus technology promote the industrial measurement and control system to be digitalize and internet.It can put all field devices to connecte to the bus and has a two-way communication capabilities.The HART protocol is a transitional field bus standard and is suitable for intelligent instruments and control equipment,it can transmission digital signal in analog signal line.In this paper, an integration and intelligent vortex flowmeter with HART was be designed by low-power MSP430 MCU. It can put flow measurement,pressure and temperature measurement,display,communication and other functions integrated together. The article reduces the power consumption of the system by using low-power components,so the system can use two-wire power supply system. In terms of noise, the article research the characteristics of the signal and noise and uses a signal processing method by the use of FFT of the signal periodogram spectral estimation to improve the filtering performance of the system.This paper summarizes the methods to compensat the temperature and pressure of the various media,and gives the vortex compensation model, and applied to the flowmeter, and obtained very good results in the test.In addition,this paper designs the vortex flowmeter signal processing circuit, man-machine interface circuit,microcontroller circuits,HART communication circuit and its corresponding procedures.Finally,this paper verifies the accuracy and reliability of the system by testing the communication and flow of the system.
