As the eyes of industrial production testing and management, the position of flow metering is particularly prominent in the industrial automation equipment, especially in energy, petroleum, chemical industry, etc. When faced with massive automation equipment, management and control has become a problem that nots allow to ignore. However, the kinds of measured medium and measured condition become more and more complex; the traditional vortex flowmeter will be powerless.It is the purpose of researching a kind of Two-Phase Flow (TPF) vortex flowmeter, satisfing different working conditions is a single medium or medium liquid gas mixture of bipolar measurement requirements. Using a variety of power supply mode, and to meet the demand of measurement under different working conditions. Focus on the designing of vortex signal conditioning circuit, including differential charge amplifier, secondary voltage amplifier, anti aliasing filtering and clipping, schmidt, such as plastic the result was consistent with the karman vortex street frequency of pulse signal, transmission to Linux system to calculate flow rate. On integrating system, in view of the flow measurement value calculated by the karman vortex street stability using the third order sliding window filtering algorithm. Then rolls up the vortex signal, temperature and pressure of separated fluid into one, and the embedded Linux operating system at the same time, through the Qt Creator do human-computer interaction interface design and program design function, its feasibility is verified by experiment.
